Oh So Clean was established in 2015 by Dani who's dream was simple: Establish a professional and friendly, local cleaning company which provided the highest standards of domestic cleaning. The forefront of the companies vision was to retain the personal touch needed whilst acknowledging that every home, and every customer, is individual and unique and as such so are their needs.
The company has been carefully and organically grown over the years and is now supported by a management team of Dani, Becky and Claire who assist with the day to day running of the business.

Do I have to have my whole house cleaned every time?
Absolutely not! We offer a bespoke service so you get the best value for your money, at your home visit we will discuss your requirements and together form a rota of the tasks you would like help with.
What's included in a standard clean?
Quite simply any cleaning task you would find beneficial.
Are my cleaners trained and insured?
100%. We hold the most comprehensive insurance within the cleaning industry and documents are available for review by clients at their request.
We also have our own 'in house' training program which we have carefully tailored over the years to ensure that new team members understand fully the standards we work to and the core values of the business as a whole.
FAQ
What is the procedure when enquiring about cleaning?
Prospective customers are encouraged to either give us a call or drop us an email with their initial enquiry, we will then tell you a little about how we work and whether we can accommodate your needs with our current availability. After the initial enquiry a home visit is always conducted, before any cleaning commences, so that you can meet one of the managers, show us your home and discuss your requirements. If you would like to go ahead and commence with cleaning we will allocate you two cleaners and give you a time slot with information regarding your first clean. Whoever conducted your home visit will then be present at your first clean to ensure the cleaners understand what needs to be done.
What frequency of cleaning can I choose from?
We offer weekly, fortnightly, monthly cleaning and also one off 'deep cleans'.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
We work in pairs so you will be allocated two cleaners. From time to time they may be on annual leave or sick in which case a replacement cleaner (or one of our managers) will come along instead. By having two cleaners allocated to your home means that you'll never have cleaners in your home who aren't familiar with your requirements.
